Because all of the products are made to order and tailored to your specific measurements, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for bespoke items due to change of mind or incorrect measurements provided at the time of ordering.
If you believe your order has been made incorrectly or has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Include your reference number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. If the mistake is ours, a replacement will be arranged or correction at no extra cost.
